Once you have found the one, we will confirm your size, note any specific requirements, and process your order in-store. Payment is taken at the point of purchase.
You can collect your gown from the boutique or arrange for it to be delivered to your address anywhere in the UK. We will confirm the expected delivery timeframe at the point of order.

We recommend checking the size information on each product page before ordering. Our gowns are sized in UK sizes. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for structured bodices and sizing to your natural measurements for jersey and wrap styles.

Your gown will be carefully packaged and dispatched to your UK address. We will send a dispatch notification with tracking information once your order has been sent.

Yes. We offer group ordering for bridesmaid parties. If you are ordering four or more gowns, please contact us by email or phone and we will handle the order together to ensure consistent shading and coordinated delivery.
We do not carry out alterations in-house, but we can recommend trusted local seamstresses in Edinburgh who work with occasion wear. Please ask our team for details when you visit.
We accept returns on unworn, unaltered gowns with all original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please see our Returns Policy page for full details, or contact us if you have a specific query.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 working days. Delivery timescales depend on the carrier and your location within the UK. You will receive a tracking notification once your order has been dispatched.
